A number of rooms at Mullartown can be hired out on weekdays (excluding July and August) by church groups, Christian groups and community groups. These include: a games room (which can seat 50 people), a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a sports hall, and a craft room.
Conditions of Hire
All groups must be sympathetic to, and respectful of, our Christian ethos.
All groups must be well staffed and led by experienced leaders who will be responsible for seeing that the house and property is used carefully and left in a fit state for the next group.
All breakages must be reported and fully paid for.
Groups are expected to maintain a high standard of behaviour and to keep the rules of the camp.
All groups are expected to provide their own designated First Aider.
All groups are expected to police check their leaders.
Groups are not permitted to drink alcohol, or take illegal substances, on BCM premises.
At times the premises will be required for midweek residential groups, in which case they will take precedence over non-residential bookings. We will endeavour to give you adequate prior warning.
Reporting
Please report all accidents to a Mullartown staff member.
Please report anything to a Mullartown staff member which you think might be unsafe.
