Complete the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:

1.   NEW Leaders  (for those who are new to BCM)

2.   RETURNING Leaders (for leaders who have already completed a form in the past)

3. Programme Directors/Hello Life Team Leaders have a different form to complete

4. Summer Kitchen Staff

Under 18s will be directed to an additional Parental Consent form to complete.

A POLICE CHECK will also be required.

COST:

Fees must be paid when submitting the Application Form:

5 Day Clubs, Bible Clubs, Discipleship Groups – Free

Camps / Hello Life – £50 per week 

Weekend camps – £25
