Judith Rogers

Judith first came to Mullartown in 2008 as a member of the City Kids’ camp team. She found herself drawn back to the weekend City Kids’ camps in the autumn and spring; she says, “Although the work was challenging, there was also something hugely rewarding in seeing the children engaging with the truth of the Bible, many of them for the first time in their lives.” She got her husband, Stephen, involved and a few years later they became the Programme Directors of the City Kids’ camp. Fellowshipping in a small inner city church has given them many opportunities to invite new children, from both sides of the community, to Camp.

In October 2018, Judith very clearly sensed the Lord calling her to apply for the role of CEO for BCM NI, to which she was appointed in December 2018. She was granted a career break from her teaching job in Ballyclare High School and began work in the summer of 2019. Her role is an evolving one which involves working alongside the Board of Directors, and the BCM missionaries, to oversee the work of BCM in Northern Ireland.
